2. About Oasis of Grace

Oasis of Grace Veteran & Family Housing is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans, widows, seniors, and families move from housing instability toward safety, stability, and independence. The Site provides information about our mission, programs, and ways to get help or get involved.

4. The Oasis AI Chat Assistant

The Site includes "Oasis AI," an automated assistant designed to point you toward the right resources. By using the chat, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Responses are automated and may be incomplete or inaccurate — always confirm important details with our staff
• The chat is not an emergency service and is not monitored in real time for crises
• Chat transcripts may be retained so our team can follow up on your request
• You should not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other highly sensitive information through the chat

If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), dial 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. Veterans may also press 1 after dialing 988 for the Veterans Crisis Line.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its charitable mission. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or organization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site's operation
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users of the Site
• Use the Site to harass, threaten, or harm any person

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.
